Improving Personal Work Performance

 

I started my career as a training marketing executive. I am age at 22 my ambition is to become a marketing specialist for another two years. This article has helped me to discover myself and it helps to improve my personal work performance. By carrying out my own learning and development I will not only improve my morale confidence and knowledge. It could be improving my career perspective it has helps me to next career development, gain promotion, new job, or career change. Career development includes several kinds of activities and processes which facilitate enhancing different aspects tied to the career. Enhancing my knowledge and experience helps me to enhance my working performance by learning something new the initial step towards becoming a better version of myself. It not only helps to increase my work performance but also creates potential opportunities for my professional development.

As a manager, I have experienced the most rapid transformation of the workplace. Working from home has become the new normal, and I have gone from digitizing the relationship between firm and customer to digitizing the relationship between employer and employee. The COVID 19 situation expanded my personal leadership skill to develop the effectiveness of team working. I want to share my MBA program experiences how I set my objectives in a clear manner how successful and how to set up the action plan for success my goals and what are the negativities I have faced.

 

 


1. Set the clear objective

Setting clear objectives is important in both personal and professional life. Setting goals is often an overwhelming process. I will be setting my goals and I will break into my objectives accordingly. Setting clear goals will make it easier for me to achieve them one by one. I set my objectives by keeping deadlines. It has been easy for me to achieve the goals on time. It has allowed me to celebrate every small victory my achievement.


How to enhance my effective team working with my goals

My family members are helping me to accomplish my personal goals their helps me to balance my timelines. We all engage as a team to full fill each other’s goals. The purpose of team building is to increase trust, improve communication, increase collaboration and increase or maintain motivation.

 

2. Planning and organizing the task

Organizing, planning, and prioritizing are crucial parts of our daily routine. Before I start my day, go through the list of tasks or activities I have planned for the day. Understand the difference between “urgent” and “important”. Always focus on tasks that need immediate attention. That helps me to get things done in time and improve my overall work performance.

I have tracked every MBA module using the “Google Keep Organizer” it has easy for me to submit every module assignment and it helps me to preparations for the lecture section. Google calendar helps me to organize my work and my time it has provided me reminders and notifications. I can share my daily plan with my friends and family members or I can arrange my meeting with professional bodies very effectively and accurately.


3. Better communication

Communication is a two-way street. Effective communication is a practice that makes me certain about things at work, learn new and improved ways to achieve better results, and finally, improve overall work performance. Communication has helps me to share my ideas, thoughts with my peers. I use my communication skills also usually enjoy better interpersonal relationships with friends and family.

4. Identifying my strength and weakness

Important to acknowledge them in order to identify improvement opportunities. in order to bring improvement to my everyday work performance, I need to cherish my strengths and overcome my weaknesses at the same time.

5. Be aware of my limitation

Understanding my limitations isn’t easy. Work on one task at a time and do everything to keep it less stressful and less prone to mistakes or rework. Keep things clear in my head and I will be able to accomplish much more than expected, much faster.

Analyzing myself has realized setting my personal goals and planning the right path and monitoring my achievement is motivating me every single day. Planning my skills makes me more effective at work and helps me to contribute effectively to a team working. Self-management defines my own behavior and wellbeing it teach me to be more responsible.
